The vintage Rolex presented here is the Rolex Day Date 18388 from 1990 with a rare Pave Set dial with rarely seen Sapphires at 9 and 6 without additional small Sapphires! The hands have lovely integrated black enamel for better readability. 
This was a watch from Crown Collection, which was back then an off catalog model and an incredible MSRP from over 70k back then!
